Sho’tleft.mobi and Avis Competition Terms and Conditions 

1. Introduction 

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the “Sho’tleft.mobi Bus Ticket Giveaway” and the “Avis Win a Car” competitions (“Competitions”) organized by Sho’tleft.mobi and Zenith Car Rental trading as Avis Rent a Car (“Organizers”). 1.2. By participating in these Competitions, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Eligibility 

2.1. The Competitions are open to legal residents of South Africa aged 18 years and older. 2.2. Employees of the Organizers, their partners and suppliers, their immediate families, and any other person directly involved with the organization of the Competitions are not eligible to enter. 

3. Competition Period 

3.1. The Sho’tleft.mobi Bus Ticket Giveaway commences on 1 August 2024 and ends on 31 August 2024. 3.2. The Avis Win a Car competition commences on 1 July 2024 and ends on 30 September 2024. 3.3. Entries received after the respective Competition Periods will not be considered. 

4. How to Enter 

4.1. Sho’tleft.mobi Bus Ticket Giveaway: 

• Purchase a bus ticket via Sho’tleft.mobi between 1 August and 31 August 2024. 

• Leave a review on the social media pages of JustGo or Sho’tleft.mobi. 4.2. Avis Win a Car: 

• Book and rent an Avis car anytime between 1 July and 30 September 2024 for a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 21 days. 

• Ensure that the rental is completed within South Africa. 

• Register your entry at avis.co.za. 

5. Prizes 

5.1. Sho’tleft.mobi Bus Ticket Giveaway: 

• Two return bus tickets from Delta, Greyhound, or Intercape, which can be used until 1 October 2024. 5.2. Avis Win a Car: 

• One pre-owned Opel Mokka worth R350,000 sourced from the Organizer’s Avis Car Sales inventory. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification 

6.1. Sho’tleft.mobi Bus Ticket Giveaway: 

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period and announced on 1 September 2024. 6.2. Avis Win a Car: 

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period by October 2024. 6.3. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner will be selected. 

7. General Conditions 

7.1. All entries must be original and not violate any third party’s rights. 7.2. The Organizers reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 7.3. The Organizers are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied to them by any entrant or any other person. 7.4. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. 7.5. Standard Rental Terms and Conditions apply to the Avis Win a Car competition. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

8.1. The Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of participating in the Competitions except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 8.2. The Organizers are not liable for any technical or human error that may occur during the administration of the Competitions. 

9. Publicity 

9.1. By entering the Competitions, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation. 

10. Privacy 

10.1. Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competitions and in accordance with the Organizers’ privacy policies. 

11. Governing Law 

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
